Hitting a wall

How people lose weight or acquire a physique of their desired level has for a long time eluded me.

If you want to have a diet that will increase your energy level, speed up recovery time from workout, help you gain strength with putting on "bulk", come talk to me. I have that figured out.

If it takes the ZONE to get me where I want to be, I will likely never get there. Not planning on weighing my food anytime soon.

Time to increase cardio workout in the morning. Get ready for some INSANITY...
